Educational institutions, training organizations, academic centers, and eligible organizations can apply for DHSE Center Registration / Academic Partnership, subject to verification of documents and fulfillment of applicable eligibility requirements.

Basic Eligibility Requirements

The applicant or Center Head should be at least 21 years of age.

The Center Head should preferably possess a Bachelor's Degree, professional qualification, diploma, or equivalent qualification.

The applicant should have a genuine interest in providing quality educational and academic support services.

The center must maintain proper academic and administrative facilities.

All information and documents submitted during registration must be genuine and verifiable.
Infrastructure & Center Facilities
A proposed DHSE center should maintain a professional and student-friendly learning environment.

Center Approval & Registration Process
The center registration process generally includes:
Step 1 – Online Application
Submit the center registration application with the required information.
Step 2 – Document Submission
Upload or submit the required KYC, educational, address and institutional documents.
Step 3 – Document Verification
The submitted information and documents are reviewed for eligibility and completeness.
Step 4 – Center Approval
Subject to successful verification and fulfillment of applicable requirements, the center application may be approved.
Step 5 – Registration & Activation
After approval, the center may receive its registration/authorization details and access to applicable center services.
Registration Fee & Processing Time
Franchise / Center Registration Fee

The applicable registration/franchise fee is payable at the time of submitting the center application, as per the prevailing terms and conditions.
Approval Processing Time
2–5 Working Days
Applications are normally processed within 2–5 working days after receipt of complete documents and successful verification.
Processing time may vary depending on document verification, additional requirements, inspection, clarification or other administrative factors.

Any violation of applicable terms may result in suspension or cancellation of center authorization.

Important Disclaimer
DHSE is a Government education authority. Any DHSE Government affiliation, recognition, authorization or approval must be represented only on the basis of a valid official order or authorization issued by the competent authority.
The ₹21,000/- fee mentioned above should be presented as a Franchise / Center Registration Fee of the organization operating the center partnership, and not as an official Government DHSE fee unless supported by an official Government notification.
